Bienvenue en Décembre . . . Yahoooooo! We are now officially in the spirit of December, which means the smell of cinnamon spices, fresh roasted chestnuts in the oven, the fresh snow falling, the cold breezy evenings, the warm layers of outfits, the colorful lights, Christmas songs echo in the air, and best of all the Noel/Christmas decorations are beyond fabulous in the city of lights & love.
I am recalling my best memories of Paris/France. I have not been back to my hometown for many past seasons, but for every Noel, I always had a very special memory of childhood of Paris. I promise you Paris, one day soon, I will be back to you . . . 🙂
The fabulous Tour Eiffel in the snow
My most practical hangout spot in the heart of Paris Pizza Pino on avenue des champs-Elysées
The beautiful ceiling of Galeries Lafayette (Department Store) on Boulevard Haussmann in Paris, Christmas 2004
A sweet spot Cafe hangout/people watching location in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris
The iconic Tour Eiffel in the midst of winter white
The Arc de Triomphe de l’Étoile, one of the most famous monuments in Paris. It stands in the centre of the Place Charles de Gaulle, at the western end of the Champs-Élysées. My favorite place for photography opportunities
