I’ve embraced a number of different hobbies in my years from photography, videography, cinematography, digital designs and all behind the scenes work process involved. Once I pushed past the fears of showcasing my thoughts on the world wide web for everyone to see. I have come to term that expressing my thoughts and being creative on my blog is the best tool combined to relax a mind, find solace and be proud of a finished product presented. So I encourage you, those who are thinking of creating a blog, you should and for some good reasons you should do it soon too. 🙂
It all starts with perspective. Don’t breeze through life without recognizing and learning from mistakes and triumphs. Take time to reflect on these situations, but never forget to live in the moment.
Here are some of the encouraging ideas and great reasons to start a blog of your own.
- Responsive blog designs are a must to start
Mobiles and tablets are now played a primary source of web traffic. And it’s only going to get bigger as the iPhone screens goes bigger every year too. When thinking of starting a blog you will need to get a responsive theme. If you already have a blog and your theme doesn’t respond to the smaller screens there is a good chance you will be losing valuable traffic as readers will click away to find something easier to navigate.
- Choose your passion and create or write about it
Recognize your passion and follow it, defining a passion is a simple way to realization that a certain subject you like and adore more than others. If you like crafts, sewing, painting, drawing, or photography, and know that you are happiest at taking photos or have a keen eye for image capture then that is certainly the path calling your name. Pick that subject and write about it, showcase your photography skills through your newly created blog.
- Appreciate and develop an eye for meaningful things
Beauty is all around us. Sometimes we need to slow down, enjoy watching the birds for a second or two, smell the fresh air that nature has provided … This process of choice helps to develop an eye for meaningful things to write about. As you walk down the street, you’ll start to notice the interesting branches of flowers climbing along the wall, or you’ll notice the chipped paint from the door that has an old vintage lock on it, and you’ll want to capture that look because it has inspired you in some ways. Even if it is not for your blog intent, it is still a process of recognizing beauty around you.
- Be inspiring to the readers
The transition of Blogging not only changes my life, it also changes the life of the reader. And mainly because blogs are free for the readers and for the public, on many levels, it is an act of giving. I would consider it is a selfless act of service to invest your time, energy, and worldview into a piece of writing and then offer it free to anybody who wants to read it. Others will find inspiration in your writing … and that’s a wonderful feeling for all.
- Meeting new friends & making new thoughts through the comments and input section
Whether it is a comment, an e-mail, or social media received, it will be a surprised at how quickly you interact with the your readers on-line. The Fashion and Beauty blogging community is friendly, encouraging, and genuinely cheering for you to succeed. So what are you waiting for, let’s start a blog right now! 🙂
- You’ll become more comfortable each and everyday that you blog
Blogging introduces yourself to the world. It entices and causes you to articulate the life you live and the worldview and perspective behind the decisions that you make. Whether you have 1 reader or 10,000, the blogging process opens up your life to those on the outside. It is a good exercise in human-existence to be known by others. Over time, you’ll reveal more and more of yourself to the outside world… and you’ll be very excited to find a world that relates to you, your work and enjoys hearing your story.
- Your blog will serve as a personal digital journal
Blogging serves as a personal journal only digitally. It trains us to be observant and gives weight to the personal growth that we are experiencing. It trains our minds to track life and articulate the changes we are experiencing. Eventually, your blog becomes a digital record of your life forever kept until you decide to deleted.
- Blogging will encourage, influence, determination and motivation
Blogging definitely requires time, devotion, commitment, and discipline. Just as a plant, we’ll need to water and careful nurture it, in time it will grow. All are all good things to embrace. It will help you get the most out of your days and life.
- You’ll become more confident in your blog
Blogging will help you discover more confidence in your life. You will quickly realize that you do live an important life with a unique view and have something to offer others.
For every positive comment. There’s a certain little rush that accompanies the immediate positive feedback that I receive every time a reader posts a comment, shares my post. While strolling the fine line between finding encouragement in that feedback and obsessing over it may take some time to get used to, it’s far better to find that line than to never seek it out in the first place.
I don’t have the need to blog as a means to get rich or as a means to gather a huge following. I don’t even need to blog as a means to change the world wide web … the change that a blog will cause in my life is a single reason enough.
Bonjour Tuesday! 🙂
